Why this work exists
At the top of the genre, continuity is someone's actual job. Brandon Sanderson said it on Writing Excuses 13.10: "That's why I have two continuity editors." Robert Jordan had two more by name — Maria Simons and Alan Romanczuk, who co-authored The Wheel of Time Companion. Salaried, named, on the org chart.
For indie authors running a 3+ book series as income, that's a budget no one has. We built the version indie authors can buy — whole-series, 3-day delivery, source-cited.
What we do
- Read your manuscript end-to-end
- Build a structured series bible (characters, world, timeline, plot)
- Audit for cross-book contradictions

- We don't rewrite your prose

On AI use
Yes, AI is part of how we work. It runs the analysis. It does not write a word of your books. Every finding we surface is verified against your source manuscript before it reaches you. You read the report. You decide every change. The book remains 100% your writing.
On certifications and platform rules
Authors Guild "Human Authored" certification
The Authors Guild has indicated AI editorial assistance falls under their de minimis use carve-out (covering spell check and editing-style assistance). A continuity audit is in that category - it's diagnostic, not generative. Using us does not affect your "Human Authored" eligibility.
r/selfpublish Rule 5
Bans books "written or substantially edited by AI without meaningful human authorship, revision, or oversight." Our report is suggestions, not edits - you make every change. The book remains your authorship throughout.
Kobo 2025 submission policy
Rejects AI-generated text in books. None of your prose is generated by us. Your book stays your writing.
Why we're transparent about this
The fastest way to lose your trust is to be vague about how AI is involved. We use it. Here's what it does. Here's what it doesn't do. If anyone asks how your book was made, you can show them this page - and the math works out.
